Bloodborne Checklist

Everything in one playthrough: every rune, garment, gesture, weapon, tool and oath, plus The Old Hunters and the Chalice Dungeons. Steps run in route order, and your check-offs save in this browser.

Things you can't have both of on one run

  • Young Yharnam Girl: the Formless Oedon rune (+1 QS bullet) or the Red and White Messenger's Ribbons. This route takes the rune on NG and the ribbons on NG+.
  • The League: the Master's Iron Helm or the One-Eyed Iron Helm. This route keeps Valtr alive on NG and kills him on NG+.
  • Third Guidance rune (+30%): nobody has found it in depth 5 dungeons. A duplicate +10% drops on NG+.

"Reload the area" means go back to the Hunter's Dream, then travel back. Runes picked up on a previous run turn into Madman's Knowledge or Great One's Wisdom. Play on the latest patch.
